We are aware that some players who try to buy Fair Coins through the Webshop have trouble paying from their own country. The following article serves as an explanation of how to change your payment settings. Feel free to reach out to our support staff if you have questions!

Step 1: Access the Webshop in the game. For example by clicking the "Get Fair Coins" button.

Step 2: Once you've opened the webshop, select the bundle you want to buy and click the price button to jump to payment methods.

Step 3: Click on the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner.

Step 4: You can change your country by clicking on the country here. See the screenshot below.

Step 5: You can use payment methods available for your country after switching countries. Countries using the Euro (€) can also see the price converted to their currency.
