Maggie: Harvest Red
Kills your team make earn a percentage more experience points. The percentage of experience is dependent on the star level of Maggie; the higher the level of Maggie’s Harvest Red; the greater percentage of addition experience gained. Note: this experience is added automatically during the mission, rather than being added at the end.

Daryl: Silent Shot
Your Team's Ranged Attacks have a chance of not creating threat and better critical chance.  The percentage chance of not creating a threat and critical chance are dependent on the level of Daryl’s Silent Shot; the higher the star level the greater the chance of not creating a threat or making a critical attack. Note: Not creating a threat does not mean that the attack will not attract nearby walkers.

Sasha: Good out of Bad
After one of your team's' attacks results in a Bodyshot, they have a chance to gain a Charge Point.  The percentage chance of gaining a charge point is dependent on the level of Sasha’s Good out of Bad; the higher the star level the greater chance of gaining a charge point.

Dwight: Desperation
Your survivors' attacks deal extra damage to special walkers. The percentage of extra damage is dependent on the level of Dwight’s Desperation; the higher the star level of Dwight the greater amount of additional damage dealt.
