If you experience trouble making a purchase, please follow the steps below:
- Make sure your in-app purchases are enabled. Settings > General > Restrictions.
- Close the game and restart it. Double-click the Home button on your device and swipe the app upwards.
- Check that the date and timezone settings are correct on your device.
- Verify that you are using a valid payment method and make sure that your payment information is up to date.
- Purchases need to be made with the same Apple ID used to download The Walking Dead: No Man's Land.
- Check that you agreed to Apple's latest Terms and Conditions in iTunes.
- In case you are still experiencing issues, contact iTunes Support. (This link will redirect you outside of the game)
All monetary transactions in The Walking Dead: No Man's Land are handled and monitored by Apple and they are the right party to contact if you continue to experience problems.
