First, open the walker pit outside your camp. Here you can see the levels (white) and amounts (green) of different walkers you have captured.
Tap on the type of walker you want to capture and, at the bottom left, you can see how many trade goods you need to add another one. If you have enough trade goods, press “Capture more” and that’s it!
