When the Hero call (Platinum Call) is available, you can choose one option from three choices. There will always be one guaranteed random Hero in the call, and furthermore the minimum number of Hero tokens is 32! The other two choices in the call can be Rare, Epic, or Legendary survivors or even more Hero tokens.
